4H Horse Club, Adirondack Horse Lovers

New York 4H clubs are for kids ages 5-19. Horse projects, goat, cows, chickens, poultry, gardening, life skills, and camps are just some of the opportunities available by joining 4H.
Public speaking and presentations are held annually. 4H alumni make wonderful 4H leaders! Become a 4H leader and help us "Make the Best Better".

The Adirondack Horse Lovers 4H Club is located in the Adirondack Mountains of Upstate
New York. We belong to Franklin County 4H which is part of Cornell Cooperative Extension
of Franklin County.

Our 4H club formed in 1981. Our 4H leaders are Pat and Rick Banker. We have members who are third generation in our group!

Franklin County 4H is very active with Public Presentations, Achievement Day, Horse Camp, Horse Clinics, County Fair, 4H Fun Horse Show, Leaders Riding Clinic, Goat Camp, Goat Clinic, Poultry Clinic, Dairy Camp, Beef Camp, Summer camp at 4H Camp Overlook, Community Service projects, Teen Council, trips to Washington DC, STARR Retreat and too many other activities to list!
