I've been riding english equitation since I was 5 and never
stopped. I've had two horses, one standardbred ex-racehorse and one
thoroughbred ex-racehorse and I can deal with all the issues that
come with them(bolting, rearing, bucking, ect.). I retrained both of
them- one from a pacer to a trotting, cantering, and jumping
showhorse and the other from broken down, lame and crazy to rideable
and sound. I can ride just about anything but if I don't feel
comfortable, I will say no (however that rarely happens). I can and

I have experience feeding, watering, brushing, and haltering horses from a research project I am participating in at my university. I have excellent record-keeping abilities and pay close attention to detail. Experience with Office 2007 and clerical work also.
I have some physical limitations --am not able to lift more than 15-20 pounds and cannot stand for long periods of time. But am willing to do all that is possible and put forth the best effort.

feeding, about 50 horses total. I also worked at a dressage stable on

17 stalls. These horses were out for very limited times during the
day, so I am used to cleaning very messy stalls. Currently I work at
a Dressage stable in Stillwater just one day a week. There I do the
morning feeding, and also clean stalls. I also assist with the turn
