Games, websites and message boards must be designed and maintained by
youth aged 18 and under unless otherwise advertised as an
"Adult or All Age Sim".

HORSE only sim games, websites or rpg's will be accepted. You may
also have other animals but the game MUST be predominantly horse based.

In the event that "Proboard" message forums are used,
the site must not be available to youth under the age of 13 as per
their TOS requirements.

NO FORCE BREEDING, NO GRAPHIC BREEDING and NO suggestive breeding.
Your site will be reported to your hosting service and deleted from
WHINNY Sim Games pages. Breeding must be "G" rated on all sites.

Sites visited by WHINNY page checkers who do NOT have "No force
breeding, and No graphic breeding clearly stated in their rules will
have an * (asterisk) posted by their game's url. There will be a 30
day grace period before your site will be revisited. If the "No
Graphic Breeding" is not added to your rules by that time, you
will be deleted from the list.

Unauthorized use of any copyright protected photos, drawings, html
code, or designs will be immediate cause for removal from WHINNY Sim
Games pages. Make sure all images, drawings, written content, photos
and html code are owned by the site designer or permission was
received from the owner of the image, drawing, written content, photo
or html code was given and posted on the site. (Horse photos on
WHINNY may be used in sim games without permission unless there is a
"right click" copyright lock or (c) symbol on them.)Please

If a sim game, rpg game or message board becomes inactive for a
period of 30 days, it will be removed.

All games posted on WHINNY Sim Game pages will be subject to removal
without prior notice and at the discretion of the WHINNY webmaster.

If a Login is required to access your game, you will be required to
set up an account for the WHINNY Sim Game webmaster to access your
game to check for TOS violations. The user name and password will be
given to you in your site acceptance e-mail.

All sites posted will be eligible for the "Best Sites"
page. "Best Sites" will be moved to the top of their
categories and will be given an "award" that can be posted
on their site.

All sites must be free of charge for access and playing of any games posted.

will not be held responsible for any written or graphic content found
on any sim, rpg or message board game posted on this site.

link to photobucket , 9 times out of ten when we open the link, we
receive a "photo not found, or has been moved".
